School Council
We are very proud to introduce our new School Council for 2024-25. Each class has chosen two representatives after a careful voting process and we hope to continue the good work begun by our predecessors. We held our first meeting and been given our special School Council badges.
Our Representatives are:
Ronnie, Eleanor, Edie, Ollie, Georgia, Kris, Adam and Elizabeth.
Welcome to our Spring 2025 update about School Council.
We've been doing more fund-raising this term. We decided that we'd like to raise some money for our own projects as well as good causes. We held a 'non-uniform' day back in January because we'd like to have a bird feeder in the school grounds. Everyone was very generous and we collected over £190! We have chosen the stand, feeders and food and they will be ordered after Easter. We can't wait to set it all up and hope to attract lots of birds to the school grounds.
In March, we held another non-uniform day 'with a splash of red' because this time it was in aid of Red Nose Day. Thanks again for supporting us.
In the summer, we'd like to hold a bake sale so that we can collect money for another project, which is to buy beanbags for every classroom. Watch this space for further information.
Thanks for reading our news,
School Council

Welcome to our Autumn 2024 update about School Council.
We held our first fundraiser on Thursday 10th October, in which we encouraged everyone to wear an item of yellow clothing in return for a small donation.
Our chosen charity was YOUNGMINDS, which works to tackle the emergency in youth mental health. Thank you for supporting us in October, we raised over £200!
We hope you will support us in all our work throughout the year.
Many thanks,
School Council
